We are so proud of our products that we warranty them for as long as you own them for Manufacturers defects*. Our warranty extends to the shelf or drawer that is ordered by the original owner. We will repair or replace the item. just contact us for return information. Products we do not manufacturer are subject to their manufacturer's individual warranty.

Of course this Warranty, is extended to our products under normal usage. Any damage to the shelves or guides from misuse, overload, water damage, installation mistakes, cabinet measuring errors, or damage to cabinets or their contents is excluded from this warranty. We will be happy to exchange our pre-made products (excluding discontinued or "oops" products). Just contact us for exchange information. A re-stocking/packaging fee of 20% will be charged. Please measure carefully! See measuring guide for instructions. Feel free to contact us with any questions. No exchanges on Custom, Stackers, oops or discontinued products. Exchanges must have an RMA number from our factory. Exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA and will be returned to sender. Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns for exchange only. Items must be in unused condition suitable for re-sale and returned in original packaging material. Shipment Damages or shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of product. Please inspect product immediately upon receipt. *when purchased from our online store.
